Careers

Here at Ed Bram, we try to bring our members the best possible opportunities so that they are able to advance their careers in preparation for graduation. From firm-hosted drinks receptions through to LinkedIn advice sessions we hope we can be on hand to help you through the foundations of your career.

We work tirelessly to provide members with opportunities hosted throughout the year. These are usually posted on our Facebook group, but will also be available on our website to look at. Our careers social at the begining of the year was a huge success and we hope everyone had an amazing time! If you missed out dont worry we have plenty more events to come! Also dont miss our employability handbook, kindly sponsored this year by Womble Bond Dickson, Burges Salmon and the University of Law. The Handbook contains links, resources and tips for what you should be doing currently and for the years ahead no matter at what stage you are in your academic studies and what path you want to take after you graduate. It also contains examples of CVs and cover letters for any applications you may make!

If you are a firm looking for involvement within the society or a student wanting to find out more about their prospects, feel free to contact our dedicated careers officer Arjun Singh (asingh17@sheffield.ac.uk) who will be happy to help.
